MODULE 9

Human resource management (HRM)

General competences

  1. Developing basic strategies referred to search, management, and use of information, decision making, problem solving, and organization, planning, design, management and evaluation of existing resources in counseling services.

  2. Acquiring the ability to organize and manage educational counseling, personal, vocational and employment services and human resources that they are part of them.

  3. Ensuring that guidance services become a space in which human resources assume a responsible role in the process of improving their career

Specific competences

  1. Knowing and understanding the challenges and demands made by today's society and market needs to design effective marketing strategies.

  2. Identifying and understanding the needs expressed by human resources to promote their career development.

  3. Knowing the different methods and tools for managing and evaluating programs, projects, services and human resources.

  4. Dominating and applying the different models and analytical tools and skills assessment.

  5. Involving in personal and group improvement processes, taking an active, critical and reflective attitude.

  6. Promoting the development of personal and participatory competences to enable a responsible, collaborative and rigorous use of the profession.
