Dear Joanne,

Last weekend I was In New York with my American pen-friend Bonnie.
It was fantastic. Bonnie and I were very lucky. Her uncle lives in New York. He invited us for the weekend. He was very generous! We stayed in his apartment in Manhattan, on 5th Avenue.
Bonnie was a good tourist guide! On Saturday we visited the Statue of Liberty, The Empire State Building and Central Park. And on Sunday, we visited the United Nations building, and two museums.
Bonnie and her family live in Boston. Boston is OK, and I like it. But I prefer New York. It’s bigger and the skyscrapers are taller! But it’s also more expensive! But New York is better than Boston. In my opinion, New York is the best and most exciting city in the world!
Raoul.
