  • Przydatne zwroty,

  • Wyrażenia używane podczas rozmów telefonicznych,

  • Elementy BHP,

  • Wzory głównych dokumentów.

Nasza praca przebiegała pod nadzorem Uniwersytetu Pedagogicznego w Krakowie.

Dear Ms White.

Thank you for your letter faxed on 3rd January concerning the trouble you experienced with our service in December. I was extremely sorry to hear that you

were not served properly by our staff. I shall try to explain the problems although

there is no adequate excuse for causing so much inconvenience to our guest.
Firstly, since it was still high season in our company. Our employees have overlooked some of their duties while in a hurry. Certainly, this should not have

happened at all and the person responsible for serving you has already been given a reprimand.

I also do apologize for your order delay. As a matter of fact at that time we had several secondary - school students doing our internship and two of them proved unable to handle their duties in the right way. They have already completed their training but will

not be employed in our company in the future. Naturally, our management assumes the

whole responsibility for all the problems caused.

I can assure you that if you decide to order goods via AG Logistics, you will

receive special discount from us as the due recompense.
I look forward to serving you again.

Yours sincerely.

21st August 2014

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in connection with your advertisement in 'The Times' of 15th August. I would like to apply for the position of a graphic designer in your company.

My reasons for doing so are that I have been in this job since I finished a vocational Technical school six years ago. I like meeting new people and I am very good at teamwork. I have recently completed Animation course, which makes me the most suitable person for mentioned position. I also know English very well and a little German, so I have no problems with foreign communication as you are the international company.
I enclose my Curriculum Vitae. As you will see I have worked in few offices both in Britain and on the Continent. I can provide the references from all my previous employers if you required.

I would be the most grateful if you would consider my application. I look forward to your reply.

Yours faithfully,
