Training for professionals - The most important errors and mistakes in the carriage of persons and bus tour planning. The programme includes:

  • Driving standards, minimum rest periods in the national and international carriage of passengers.

  • Driving standards, minimum rest periods in the carriage of passengers on regular lines up to 50 km and/or over 50 km

  • Tachograph registration of working time for the carriage subject to the Regulation EC 561/2006

  • Exceptions to the regulations on driving standards, minimum rest periods in the carriage of passengers.

  • The most common errors, misconduct and manipulation in the carriage of passengers.

  • The most common and most severe punishment in the carriage of passengers.

  • Examples of rulings of courts and Polish and foreign regulatory institutions concerning the carriage of passengers.

  • Tour operator's responsibility. The most common mistakes in planning, defective provisions in agreements, consequences.


After the training in the Business Zone, at the PTO table individual consultations will be held.
