The international jury will be composed of the Jury Chairman, the UIM commissioner and all officially appointed representatives of each competing country (in writing, authorized and signed by the appropriate NA). Each jury member can represent only one country (UIM Art. 402.01.1).
3. Venue and Course:
MIĘDZYRZEC PODLASKI Wyścigi Motorowodne na "Międzyrzeckich Jeziorkach" Międzyrzec Podlaski, ul. Zahajkowska 44C.
Course: 4 buoys, anti-clockwise direction.
Length of lap: 1300 meters.
Water allowed for: 14 boats.
4. Classes and Championships:
No. of Heats
The first crossing of the finishing line marks the first lap.
Safety lap obligatory after chequered flag. If a driver fails to comply to this rule it will result in disqualification.
If more than 14 boats register for the championship class GT-30, there will be preliminary rounds and repechages.
Both preliminary rounds and repechages will be conducted on the championship course, however, the number of laps will be limited to 6.
5 competitors qualify from preliminary rounds, and 4 from repechages (2x 5+4 =14).
If any of the final 14 competitors resign, the Jury can fill the vacancy with a competitor according to place taken during repechages.
5. Conducting of Races
The races are conducted in accordance with:
• UIM Circuit Rules 2014,
• supplementary regulations that may be issued at the Drivers Briefing,
• this Advance Program.
Penalty for destroying a buoy is PLN 400 (Euro 100) each.
Start: Jetty start (UIM Art. 307) buoys 1,2,3,4
Late drivers: When the first driver in a race passes the buoy no. 1 and finishes the turn, late drivers can start from the starting jetty ,if the officers allow it, for a full run-that is buoys 4-1-2-3, and enter the course through a small yellow buoy in a safe way avoiding dangerous maneuvers.
Re-Start: In accordance with UIM Art. 311.

Limit date for entries: July 1, 2014 - in hands of the organizer. Late entry – till the date of the event may be accepted after decision of the Organizer
Entries are to be made on the enclosed official entry form. The entry forms must be signed personally by the driver. Entries from foreign participants must be authorized by their National Association (with stamp/signature on the Entry Form). Entries of participants, less than 18 years old, must be signed by the parents or a guardian.
7. Scrutineering / Documents
Race Office will be placed at the race site, Międzyrzec Podlaski, ul. Zahajkowska 44C and working hours will be:
- Friday, July 11: 14.00-20.00,
- Saturday, July 12: 7.00 – 10.00,
- Sunday, July 13: 12.00 – 16.00.
Registration of documents takes place in the race-office. Every driver has to hand over his / her valid racing license to the race office staff. He / she will get it back at the end of the event. Besides drivers must personally submit the following documents:
• International driver’s license valid for 2014.
• Insurance documents pursuant to item 11 of this regulation.
Before the practice is started, each boat with engine must be presented to the Technical Officers together with the following items:
Protecting helmet (UIM Art. 205.07).
Life jacket (UIM Art. 205.06) and clothing protection (UIM Art. 205.11). Note, the protective plate presence for non-cockpit boats.
Paddle, if required.
The driver's card, to be obtained in the Race Office, shall be handed over to the Officers who will keep it. Alterations of the engine suspension and the steering equipment can only be made if the Head of the Technical Commission allows them, and are subject to a new control procedure. After any accident (practice, race) the crashed boat must be presented to the technical control again!
Every driver is committed to fix a sticker of the event sponsor in a well visible space on the left and the right side of his boat.
Post-race technical checking.
After each race the first three boats in the classification must be presented to the Technical Officers (parc fermé). Additional boats may be claimed by the Officers.
8. Noise Level
According to UIM Art. 504.
Practice is allowed only for drivers and boats approved by the Technical Commission.
Practice only on the full course, i.e. buoys 4,1,2,3 and entry through a small yellow buoy localized to the right of buoy 4. During the Saturday's practice the laps will be timed in order to rank competitors for the first heat or preliminary rounds.
10. Driver's briefings
The attendance at the driver’s briefings is mandatory. Delayed participants will be penalized with a fee of Euro 20 for private education. In case of non-paying the driver will be disqualified. The driver’s briefings will held in the paddock. For time, please see schedule.
a. Alcohol test (UIM Art. 205.02.02)
The organizer reserves the right to breathalyzer all persons in the pit area at any time during the practice and race days to test for alcohol (UIM Art. 205.02.02). If the blood alcohol concentration is higher than admissible the concerned person will be expelled of the pit area and the driver of this person’s team will be disqualified of the race. The same punishment is valid if any person refuses the test.
b. Drug control
The organizer reserves the right to check every person inside of the pit area at any time during the practice and race days to test for drugs. If any person is under influence of drugs will be expelled of the pit area and the driver of this person’s team will be disqualified of the race. The same punishment is valid if any person refuses the test.
The organizer reserves the right to carry out doping tests in accordance with UIM rule book.
All drivers have to be properly insured – UIM Art. 205.09. The Organizers require every driver to buy the local mandatory policy which covers the following:
Civil Liability costs up to 200.000 PLN, excluding damages to the sport equipment raised from any accident on the water.
Personal injuries up to 50.000 PLN.
Cost of the policy will be maximum Euro 60. Not buying the policy results in not allowing talking part in the Event. Boats and vehicles within the paddock are not insured by the organizer and are there at the owner’s risk.
The organizers have the right, to cancel individual races because of too few drivers, to cancel or interrupt races or individual heats wholly or partly if the weather conditions or the safety of the drivers make this necessary, or to postpone or cancel the race for compelling reasons. The organizers are entitled to reject drivers without giving reasons.
UIM Art. 318, 311.
The organizers provide the following prizes :
-GT-30 cups for places1 – 6
-in other classes cups for places 1-3
Protest fee: Euro 75 (UIM Art. 403.02). Protests against timekeeping and collective protests are not authorized.
16. Supplementary Regulations
The organizers have the right to issue further regulations in addition to this Program, which are as binding as these regulations. The interpretation of these regulations is exclusively in the hands of the Officials. Their decision is binding.
Every driver shall make the reservation for his accommodation on his own. Tourist class hotels are located in the vicinity. The Organizer will take all demands sent by e-mail, fax or mail and fix places at required dates. Approximate cost is Euro 30–50per person, per night with breakfast, depending on hotel class. Camping next to the venue is possible at no cost. Daily meals available at the cost of 40 PLN (approx. Euro 10) on early demand to the Organizer.

18. Prize Giving Ceremony
The prize giving ceremony takes place beside the paddock. The participants are requested to appear to the prize giving ceremony in appropriate clothing.
The organizer will not supply fuel. Fuel tests as UIM Art. 508. Drivers are required buying fuel at BLISKA fuel station No. 610 Międzyrzec Podlaski ul. Staromiejska 22, or PKN ORLEN fuel station No. 1438 at E30 road.
Participants, who injure during the event, must report this to the race office immediately. He/she must fill in the according forms for the insurance and to give a written description of the details which lead to the injury. Additionally, race doctor must document the injury and give a copy of the document to the race office immediately. All drivers and crew members have to wear clean, respectable clothing. Closed shoes are mandatory as well.
Any disrespectful behavior from a driver or a crew member against an organizing member will be penalized by a financial punishment of Euro 50. In heavy cases: disqualification.
The boat assembling station / area must be covered underneath the boat with a liquid waste-soaking pad. The place must be kept clean all the time. Waste disposal bags and trashcans must be used. Each driver is responsible for his own disposal of environmental pollution waste (pads, cleaning cloth, waste oil) there is no discard of environmental pollution waste at the track possible.
It is strictly forbidden to have meals with camping equipment (grill, barbeque etc.) in the pits.
The moving of vehicles inside the paddock is permitted.
Friday – all the day;
Saturday only from 07.00 am to 08.30 and 30 minutes after the last heat of the day;
Sunday from 08.00 to 08.45 and after the prize giving ceremony.
In case of any contravention the organizer reserves the right to expel the concerned persons and to disqualify the driver of the concerned team. This is valid for all regulations of this advance program and all following supplementary regulations.

All announced times are without obligation. Every driver must orientate to the classes which are to start. He/she is responsible for an accurate appearance on the jetty by his/her own. The organizer will not give separate announcements. In case of weather problems or bad weather forecasts the organizer reserves the right to postpone the schedule. In that case the end of the event could be at about 21:00 on the respective day.
The signatory confirms with his signature of the contents of the present regulation including the liability renunciation knowledge taken and expressly to have recognized.
Signature of legal guardian if driver under 18 years (if necessary)
Every entering driver or his/her legal guardian has to sign a liability form at the documents control in the Race Office.
NOTE: The layout given above is one given to the UIM and at the moment of printing still in homologation process. The Organizer reserves right to change the layout due to possible requirements or advices of the UIM.
The participants (competitor, driver, owner and holder of the boats) take part in the event at their own risk. They shall be fully liable under civil and criminal law for all damages caused by them or their boats as far as no exclusion of liability has been stipulated under these regulations.
Waiver of the right to claim damages
By virtue of submission of their entry the participants (competitor, driver, owner and holder of the boats) irrevocably renounce the right either to claim for damages (which result from their participation in the event) from or to take action against:
the UIM, PZMWiNW, its president, members or its staff, both employed and voluntary;
the constituent clubs of the PZMWiNW, the promoter/organizer of the series;
the organizer, its officials, stewards and assistants;
the owner of the land as well as the owner of the premises used;
against the carrier of the course, his officials and functionaries;
the participants and other mechanics as well as their own mechanics;
the authorities, services provided by industry and other persons, connected with the organization of the event.
This agreement becomes effective for all persons concerned upon submission of the entry form to the organizer.
Liability of the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to change the present regulations or even to cancel the event without any obligation for indemnification should extraordinary circumstance arise which make this necessary:
reasons outside the control of the organizer;
safety reasons or orders from the authorities.
In all other respects the organizer shall be liable only to the extent in which exclusion of liability has not been stipulated in these regulations.
